By accessing or using NovaPrint Studio services, you agree to these sample Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Orders & approvals

• All print orders require written confirmation and proof approval.
• Production timelines begin after approvals and payments are received.
• Client-supplied artwork must meet our file preparation guidelines.

3. Pricing & payment

• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits may be required for custom or rush projects.
• All prices exclude taxes, shipping, and applicable duties.

4. Shipping & delivery

• Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carriers or weather.
• Risk of loss transfers to the client once goods are handed to the carrier.
• Inspect shipments promptly and report issues within 3 business days.

5. Returns & reprints

We stand by our quality. If print defects are confirmed, we will reprint or credit the affected items at our discretion. Sample content only.

6. Intellectual property

Clients warrant they have rights to all submitted artwork and materials. NovaPrint Studio may showcase produced work in portfolios unless requested otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaPrint Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Sample clause.

8. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
